The 43rd regular meeting of the Functional Airspace Block Central Europe National Supervisory Authorities Coordination Committee (FAB CE NSA Coordination Committee) was held in Banja Luka on 19 and 20 October 2026, chaired by the BHDCA.
The meeting was held in a hybrid format, with some participants attending online. During the meeting, the implementation of jointly agreed activities and obligations was analysed, and experiences, views, and opinions were exchanged regarding the application of Regulation (EC) 2024/2803 on the implementation of the Single European Sky, as well as air navigation service provider certification and oversight tasks.
One of the main topics of the meeting was the drafting of the FAB CE NSA Co-operation Agreement aimed at alignment with the requirements laid down in Regulation (EC) 2024/2803.
In addition, the conclusions and results of the EUROCONTROL Support to States Annual Forum, held on 30 September 2026 in Brussels, which discussed ways to improve technical, professional, and expert support to member states, were analysed.
FAB CE bodies and working groups submitted activity reports for the previous period, and activities for the period leading up to the next meeting were agreed upon.
The BHDCA handed over the presidency for 2027 to the Croatian Civil Aviation Agency.
