Pursuant to Article 78 of the Law on Administrative Procedure of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH 29/02, 12/04, 88/07, 93/09, 41/13 and 53/16), the Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation will publish calls to parties to whom official documents have not been duly served, and if the parties do not collect the documents even after that, the BHDCA will also publish the official documents themselves, in accordance with the Law.
Also, on the Information board, the BHDCA will publish the acts and documents declared invalid.
