The BHDCA hereby informs the interested public, institutions, organisations, operators, associations and individuals that the Rulebook on Air Traffic Services has been published in the Official Gazette of BIH 22/20 of 17 April 2020.
The scope of this Rulebook comprises the definition of the functions and tasks of the Competent Aviation Authority and air traffic service providers in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to ensure the safe, regular and efficient conduct of air traffic operations.
This Rulebook has been developed in accordance with the Standards and Recommended Practices contained in Annex 11 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation and Documents 4444, 7030 and 8400 of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
