The BHDCA informs the interested public, institutions, organizations, operators, associations and individuals that the Rulebook on Acceptance of and Deviation from the Standards and Procedures of the International Civil Aviation Organization has been published in the "Official Gazette of BiH" 66/21 of 29 October 2021.

This Rulebook aims to fulfill the obligations of the BHDCA arising from Articles 37 and 38 of the Convention on International Civil Aviation, relating to the harmonization and deviation of national regulations with regards to ICAO standards and procedures.
The entry into force of this Rulebook on 6 November 2021 shall repeal the Rulebook on the Harmonization of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the Requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization ("Official Gazette of BiH" 65/18 of 21 September 2018).
