The Bosnia and Herzegovina Directorate of Civil Aviation hereby informs the interested public, institutions, organisations, operators, associations and individuals that the Rulebook on Ground-handling at Airports has been published in the Official Gazette of BIH 31/23 of 5 May 2023.
This Rulebook transposes the provisions of Council Directive 96/67/EC of 15 October 1996 on access to the ground handling market at Community airports.
The entry into force of this Rulebook repeals the Rulebook on Ground-handling at Airports in Bosnia and Herzegovina (Official Gazette of BIH 13/13 and 70/16).
